"The employees could not be sweeter. We made a comment about not having a coupon, and then when we rolled up to the window, the manager came over with coupons for us. So sweet and very much attentive and kind. They also gave us a pup cup once they saw our pupper in the back seat. Some of the kindest employees around, 10/10"

"Love your sandwiches. We always eat in. I wish you would recoat your tabletops or clean with something that doesn't leave them sticky.They are clean buy always sticky...sticky makes them feel dirty."

"There's one thing that I look forward to when coming to Arby's is their roast beef. Typically I'm starving when ready to eat here and almost always get the half pound roast beef, mostly crinkle cuts and a soda. Although Arby's operates at the same level as BK, Taco Bell, KFC or McD's, I dunno what it is about this taste that I feel can't be beat but Arby's really has no competition out there unless there's a certain region of the country that has a chain that's similar but I doubt it. Arby's really is one-of-a-kind and among mass franchise fast food, it's the one place I look forward to more than any. It's so sad that there's only 5 locations in all of Lake County, should be at least a dozen. Just typin' this is already makin' me think about that next half pound bad boy drenched in Arby's sauce. I'm always happy to ring that bell on the way out and I certainly hope for years of boomin' business for the owner(s) of this fast food wonder."

"When we arrived home we realized our order was wrong. I called the store and KeShawn was so kind and helpful! We had credit at the store and when we went to get the sandwich,it was fresh and we had great interaction with staff. This location has always been friendly and patient."

"Thought I would try something different today, so I had the Bacon Ranch Waygu burger. Very tasty, but the ranch dressing nearly overpowered the taste of the burger. I would order this again, but ask to hold back on the ranch. Personal preference. My wife had the Rueben sandwich, which is always a hit."
